About Elissa Jones

I am a trombone and Early Childhood Music teacher based in Bathurst, in NSW’s Central West. I started my Early Childhood Music journey when my eldest daughter was 4 months old, attending classes led by Cath Snitch.

I loved participating in these classes and eventually starting teaching them myself. I lead developmentally appropriate classes for Babies, Toddlers and Preschoolers that aim to inspire young children to love music within a fun musical environment.

I also teach Instrument Preparation classes for 5-7 year-old children to give them the skills to begin a life-long journey exploring the joy of music.

Classes

The Baby Class caters for children 0 to approximately 16 months. The Toddler Class caters for children approximately 13 months to 3 years. The Preschool Class caters for children 3 years to school entry.

Each class is developmentally appropriate for each respective age level.

Parents are present for the Baby and Toddler classes. Parents join the Preschool class for the last 10 minutes only.

Classes are held at the Bathurst Church of Christ hall, Wark Parade, Windradyne through the school term. Each class is approximately 30-35 minutes long.

The cost is $12.50 per visit, or you can purchase a bulk discount card which gives you 9 visits for $100.
